Program Summary

The Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technologies, which is a four-year undergraduate program, is a multidisciplinary department that brings together the field of education with computer technologies and instructional technologies.

our students gain technical knowledge and skills to develop computer-based applications, and they consolidate this knowledge by developing pedagogical applications in instructional technologies courses. Our students, who gain knowledge about operating systems, network topology and management, database, and computer hardware during their education, can work as programmers, web designers or system experts upon graduation.

During their four years of education, our students develop applications such as pedagogical animations, pedagogical software, pedagogical websites and a course management system after they acquire theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the following areas: pedagogical design, computer-based educational environment development, and visual design.
