Program Summary

In this department, highly qualified maintenance approval personnel are educated according to the international standards for aviation sector. In the Department of Avionics education is offered according to European Union Standards (EASA), SHY-66 Aircraft Maintenance Personnel Regulations, and SHY-147 Aircraft Maintenance Educational Institutions Regulations. The Faculty has the SHY Part-147 Aircraft Maintenance Education Authorization Certificate from the General Directorate of Civil Aviation.

Besides the theoretical courses, students get education tailored at the practices in Avionics, Microprocessors, Computer, Basic Electricity and Electronics, Electric Machinery, Communication Systems laboratories and SHY-145 certified maintenance facilities.
