Educational Technology

Program Summary

The Master in Education Technology helps our Master students to become leaders in the effective and innovative uses of current and emerging technology. Required coursework, research, and clinical experiences are designed for educators working in a variety of contexts.

Students will participate in an investigation-based curriculum, and build the capacity to continuously assess their local context. Implementing technology to enhance teaching, learning and evaluation; Building professional learning networks to support continuous professional development. And developing experiences in the field of current and emerging educational technologies.

Necessary for this program is a commitment to the local community, advocacy for easy access, and social justice, especially in the context of the potential of new technology to impact educational environments.

Program Goals:

Providing the community with academic and applied research in all disciplines of educational technology that contribute to the enrichment of scientific research and community service.

Preparing specialized cadres in the field of educational technology and e-learning.

Excellence in faculty members by selecting and developing faculty members.
