Program Summary

The sociology specialization aims to make students, researchers, specialists, and social workers by giving them information that would make them familiar with the fundamentals, structures, and social phenomena of societies, whether at the local, regional, or global level, in order to understand and analyze human behavior. .

It also aims to arm male and female students with the scientific skills in the social research course in order to be active individuals in social and national development, as this world and people help to understand their social, psychological, and thus solve them.

They consider social sciences and sociology as integral parts of our daily life, as it means studying many matters and issues from both the social and the human aspect, as well as determining the extent of the individual's behaviors on society, whether from the basic, economic, social or even psychological aspects.

Social sciences are considered a primary pasture of sciences - a science that studies society and its individual relationship with it - it also includes the study of anthropology and sociology, philosophy, economics, psychology and geography, from the point of view that relates to man, that is, the social aspect.
