Program Summary

Law is a social science that specializes in studying a set of general rules and laws, which in turn work to regulate social relations between members of society, provided that all members of society are bound by them without distinguishing between them.

The law allocates many branches of law, which are:

Public Law: It is a comprehensive study of the rules pertaining to the regulation of relations between several parties. This law includes many sections, the most important of which are:

Administrative Law: It is the law that regulates the activities of the executive branch, through which it performs its administrative functions, in addition to how it is able to manage public facilities, and the relationship that the state has with its employees.

Financial Law: This law is concerned with regulating all financial matters in the state's general budget, in addition to everything related to its own resources and expenditures. Both the Financial Market Law, Competition Law, Customs Law, and general job laws are entered under this law.

Constitutional Law: This law is based on the study of rules and laws that are related to the foundations upon which the system of government and the basic principles of the state depend.

Private Law: This law is defined as a comprehensive study of each of the rules and laws that in turn regulate relations between individuals who lose any sovereign trait of their own. Many branches fall under this law, namely:

Civil Law: It is the law that is concerned with the study of laws and rules pertaining to the relationships that link the members of society. Many civil cases, such as penalties and other issues, fall under this law.

Criminal Law: It is the law concerned with the study of the laws and rules relating to crimes.
