Program Summary

The Child Development Graduate Program aims to train specialists who can make diagnosis and evaluation for the development of children and adolescents 0-18 years who have normal development, have special needs, acute and chronic diseases, who need protection and are at risk of development. .

The program aims to train child development professionals who can provide family counseling, prepare and implement development support programs, participate in research and implementation projects, use technological and scientific methods and techniques, adopt a selective approach and adhere to ethical values.

The child development program covers a total of two or four semesters, respectively, with or without a thesis. In the curricula that have been created to train qualified specialists in child development, there are mandatory and electoral courses according to specialization topics in the field of child development such as parental education, development theories, observation techniques, communication with the child, play and early intervention.
