Quality and Production Management

Program Summary

There is an urgent need, at the level of the country and the Arab world, for qualified managers in the field of quality, who are able to develop theoretical and practical knowledge and apply it effectively in the field mentioned in their institutions. The Master of Quality Management program aims to meet this need by developing students ’managerial skills and technical knowledge, which will enable them in the future to occupy distinguished administrative positions.
The objectives of studying the program:
Enabling students to acquire quantitative and qualitative analysis skills in designing quality management programs.
♦ Develop students ’ability to use specialized techniques in quality management to support and develop the institution.
♦ Provide students with the ability to learn about the problems facing quality management in the organization and the challenges they face and find solutions to them.
♦ Developing students ’skills in using technology to improve product quality and production process.
♦ Providing the student with skills that help in the quality of the manufacturing process and the quality of service provision, as well as in order to evaluate quality management processes.
♦ Developing students' abilities to use management and leadership skills in developing policies that improve quality management in the institution.
♦ Provide students with knowledge of ethical options and decisions made by the Director of the Quality Department.
