Program Summary

Public relations as a concept means: all the efforts made by the institution to achieve mutual understanding between it and its audiences. So public relations are a link and link between the institution and its audiences, whether internal or external, meaning that it introduces the institution and its services and creates a positive image of the institution and gets to know the family of the public .
