Halic University

Along with its seven Faculties, three Vocational Schools, Conservatory and Graduate Institute; Halic University is a leading foundation university of Turkey, which pursues its education and research mission on a wide spectrum including health, engineering, architecture, sports, and art since 1998.

Centering upon design and creativity, Halic University has a priority to raise eligible individuals, who can deliver solutions by looking from different perspectives. Education Quality

Haliç University is improving the quality of education by integrating the factor of virtual reality into education with the right systems. We increase productivity with virtual reality applications that will especially be used for courses requiring observation and interaction. Surgical simulation for Medicine students, navigating places for students of Architecture, and creating virtual prototypes for Engineering students are among some examples of things that the university can accomplish.

Dining Hall

Halic dining hall is 870 square meters, with 2 yellow areas, 2 green areas, 1 blue area, 1 pink area, 1 orange area, and a total seating area of 420 people. Accordingly, there are hand washing basin sections, dishwashers, food distribution station area,s and external sections consisting of 1 room.

Shuttle Services

You can reach all Halic university campuses in the center of Istanbul using public transportation. In addition, from Beşiktaş, Mecidiyeköy and Halıcıoğlu services; You can reach Sütlüce campus.

 Student Residence (dormitories)

There are plenty of options for accommodation in the city of Istanbul. According to your standards and preferences, you can easily filter through the options and find the most suitable home for you. Also, the international office makes sure to guide the students when necessary and introduces them to dormitories nearby their campus.

There are many dormitories close to Haliç University that offer different facilities and services. You can reside in a dorm room either on your own or share a room with other students. Although it differs from dorm to dorm, you can share your room with up to 6 people.

Apart from dormitories, there are other options such as renting a house or a student residence. According to your wish, you can rent a house alone or with friends, furnished or unfurnished. For a comfortable daily routine, you can rent a house either near our university or near public transportation stations that have direct rides to our university. The most important thing to do while renting a house in Istanbul is to research the transportation options near the house you are renting in order to have an easy lifestyle where you can commute easily throughout your day.

 Erasmus

Undergraduate and graduate full-time students of Haliç University can be eligible to benefit from Erasmus study mobility students should apply in the dates stated on the academic calendar by handing in their application form and the most recent copy of their transcript to the Erasmus Office.
